A few weeks ago, my roommate at Columbia, Angela Peterson came into Los Angeles for an extended layover from Chicago to Hawaii for a photography seminar. She and I were able to have lunch one day and I was able to finally meet her best friend, Carla, who I have been hearing about for, um, only 8 years!
